Inside the Stella Artois x Portsea Polo Sensorium Dinner

Sensory delight with every bite.

Stella Artois have set a new benchmark launching their sponsorship of the Portsea Polo with a star studded Sensorium Dinner at hotel of the year, Jackalope Mornington peninsula.
The Sensorium event allowed us to enjoy a three course Joie De Biere dining experience created by Doot Doot Doot chef Guy Stanaway which featured a menu inspired by the spectrum of flavours in the renowned ‘Stella Artois’ beer.

Along with enjoying the intimate evening, we were well looked after setting up camp at the Jackalope hotel which was in close proximity to the polo field. All Stella Artois guests travelled to the polo in style; heading across the bay in a fleet of private yachts, allowing us to experience the allure and aesthetics of the Mornington Peninsula.

Once we arrived at the Polo, Stella unveiled their marquee which captured the look and feel of a stylish French brasserie. The space featured a custom designed draught bar, the brands iconic 9-step pouring ritual and a suspended garden, making it a perfect viewing platform for all VIP, media and celebrity guests.

The marquee hosted Australian actress and former model Abbey Lee as the special guest for the Polo weekend as well as Jarrod Scott, Style gurus Lindy Klim and Ksenija Lukich, design royalty Collette Dinnigan and many more.
Although there was a little rain about, sitting back and sipping down a cold Stella with all who were in attendance made a great day. The Belgian brewed beer company sure know how to host an event worth remembering.
