Dux Richmond Hill Showcases The Art Of Collaboration
The jewel on top of the hill.
Three years in the making, luxury property development Dux Richmond Hill opened its art-deco inspired doors last week for an exclusive preview hosted by Vogue Living.
These residences are truly something to behold for yourself. The integrity of the build and of Little Projects’ work is plainly evident.
The project, bought to life by award winning boutique property developer Little Projects showcased its best-in-class living. We were given a guided tour of the Zuster styled sub-penthouse apartment featuring outdoor furniture by Cosh Living and artwork by Kerry Armstrong.
Following the tour, we shared in a seated breakfast with catering from Tommy Collins beside the polished, outdoor pool and terrace area with panoramic views across Melbourne.
Annemarie Kiely, the Melbourne Editor of Vogue Living, hosted an engaging conversation over breakfast with Dux Richmond Hill design partners, Founding Director and Principal, Miriam Fanning of MIM Design, and Principal Stuart Marsland of Rothelowman architects.
With a matchless setting in what Annemarie, called “the living room of Melbourne,” Dux rests atop Richmond Hill overlooking iconic Melbourne sporting attractions. The MCG and Olympic Park, as well as the Botanic Gardens are all in sight as you look out across the city skyline.
Annemarie engaged guests with the design intention of Dux Richmond Hill, sharing with us the important role leading developers such as Little Projects play in the wider property landscape. The unrivalled level of craftsmanship by Rothelowman and Mim Design keeps Melbourne well on the map asone of the most livable cities in the world through Little Projects’ heritage of delivering quality apartments.
Dux Richmond Hill marks a line in the sand for the rejuvenation of the much-loved Bridge Road retail precinct. The area is set to be enhanced by the amenity the project brings through its premier retail spaces, and the community who will be lucky enough to call this incredible location home.
This latest accomplishment adds to the nearly 2,000 apartments and townhouses already established across inner city Melbourne under the Little Projects name. After incredible mornings like last Friday’s – we can’t wait to see what’s next in the pipeline.
